One loneliness-related cause of death is a lack of consensual touch.

Using Palmistry, WE are doing something about this loneliness epidemic.

Having been in the hair business for over 3 decades; having done literally tens of thousands of haircuts, I learned and sensed early on that sometimes the only time people get touched is by me in my hair chair.

In the shampoo bowl, while I shampooed clients, I could tell who was touched-deprived by the sounds they made and how they reacted. Touched-deprived clients always made me sad and I always gave them longer shampoos.

2. Oxytocin: Healing, Cuddle, Feel-good Hormone

* PSFL – Positive Sensory Feedback Loop

3. Social & Emotional Learning or SEL: Hungry Hippos

* Social Intelligence: involves being able to use Emotional Intelligence to manage your relationships and behavior, especially in challenging situations.

* Emotional Intelligence: The ability to be aware of and manage your own emotions and the emotions of others.

* SEL can be important for success in both personal and professional life.
