He is a licensed cosmetologist and retired salon owner, hair platform artist and educator, motivational speaker, a Tutor helping E.S.L. students (English as a Second Language) learn English and assisting people to get their GEDs. He is a retired real estate agent, a former print model, a hair tool designer, a teacher, a composer, an author, researcher, and a master of reading people.

Curtis Foster earned his BA in Elementary Education (K-8) from Concordia University in Portland, OR, and minored in Music focusing on 16th-Century Modal Counterpoint (polyphony).
Curtis Foster is a highly empathic, sensitive, and ethical person who has been researching and practicing the arts of Intuitive Readings, Palmistry, Cartomancy, Numerology, Psychometry, and other forms of Divination for multiple decades. Those experiences include various fairs as well as work over the telephone. He has researched and authored several books and articles on these topics and developed the unique reading systems he uses. Curtis Foster is a retired hair platform artist and cat lover who moved to the Midwest from Portand Oregon to be near his family.

He enjoys working with clients from all walks of life and with any budget, including and especially volunteer/nonprofit charity events.
